Jan 7th


Today I simply did 10 minutes of Yoga ..  cat cow, down dog, up dog, cobra, triangle and child's pose.  ...  All with Millie riding my back or legs! :D  Also did some split stretches in the kitchen holding on to the fridge door and the stove door and wearing socks... ! :D 

Now for meditating! :D
