Jan 7th


Today I simply did 10 minutes of Yoga ..  cat cow, down dog, up dog, cobra, triangle and child's pose.  ...  All with Millie riding my back or legs! :D  Also did some split stretches in the kitchen holding on to the fridge door and the stove door and wearing socks... ! :D 

Now for meditating! :D

Now some Meditating!

I gave up sugar the day after Christmas and have been eating a lot more mindfully lately.  I've been walking more and hubby has been walking with me.  Already losing weight and feeling a lot better physically.  Now to get off the extra belly fat all that sugar has gifted me with.

Watched Fed Up after Christmas too.  An eye opener.

This workout today



10 minutes meditating.  Hoping for a walk later.  :)

Feeling happy, skinny and hungry! (made breakfast for kids, forgot to eat myself....  off for a grapefruit and some granola!)

Began an experiment to try Yoga and meditation every day.

Meditated for ten minutes and took two walks of about a mile each.
